the seller that sold me my x200 tablet have not send me the other 2 gb ram, he claim that it was lost in the post along with my copy of window 7... anyways now i have to a 2gb ram.

so which brand/model of ram should i get? the one inside my thinkpad is by Elpida, do both ram have to be from the same?

    any suggestion would be great.

    thanks

Any brands that have good price and warranty.

Remember to choose RAM sticks that match your current RAM's bus and CAS latency. If not, they will run at lowest bus and highest latency available.
