    call 1 866 96 THINK and ask them to transfer you

    could be because it is labor day...i know when I called sales they said they wouldn't be able to do anything until tuesday (this was last friday). I think sales is US based.

    That is correct. It seems what they are doing now is using their outsourced support as a main line now, and if you need real support you get transferred to the North Carolina or Canadian offices. You could always get lucky and get CA, but I can't be for sure if they celebrate Labor Day there or not. :(
