    hello guys,

    i wonder if replacing the orginal pre-installed memory void my warranty on T61?

    No, it will not void your warranty. I'm pretty sure it won't at least.

    I doubt it will. The lenovo laptop manual also teaches you how to upgrade memory in case u do. There is nothing that says it will void warranty and why would they teach u to void warranty?

    its kinda like changing out your air filter in your ride, they cant void it for doing that.
