Hi. All, I'm just wondering if you do a windows 7 clean install. Should you do Lenovo system update first or windows update first? Thanks.

Generally, I would say System Update. You want to get the basic drivers in place first, before Windows Update finds some generic drivers to install instead of the Lenovo Thinkpad model-specific drivers that are downloaded through TVSU.

I'd probably install SP1 right after Windows 7, before System Update. Then I'd do Windows Update last of all.
