does anyone else have a problem with the usb 2.0 on their t61 or similar. i recently received my computer and for some reason when i plug in my xbox live vision it does not turn on.

i have been reading that it only recognizes usb 2.0 and i figured that is what comes with my computer but it will not work. anyone know a solution?

if not can someone send me a screen shot of what their device manager looks like so i can cross - reference. thanks in advance.

T61 systems are all USB 2.0. No systems shipping in the last two years have used the earlier USB 1.1.

I've had no issues with the USB ports on my T61. I'd recommend testing your system with other USB peripherals (i.e., a printer, digital camera, or flash drive) to make sure the ports are working properly; if they are, I would blame your xbox peripheral.
