Ok here we go ....
Have a few seriously annoying problems (aside from the typical fan, throttling, backlight bleed, etc.) stuff
Wireless 6205 card seems to drop connections like a hot potato. Whats worse, is ever with all notifications and icons disabled, whenever the connection drops it changes focus off the current screen. This means anything that is full screen gets minimized and if you're in the middle of typing something you all of a sudden typing elsewhere (or nowhere).
Anyone know how to disable that switching of focus when the connection drops? Or is anyone else having issues with the wireless card 6205 upgrade? (already checked drivers and confirmed its the pc and not the network as my old laptop has no issues - happens at work and at home)
Other thing is a problem with the stylus working near the edge of the screen. If i were to draw a line with the stylus from left to right across the top of the screen, about half way through the screen the pointer moves about 1cm away from the pen tip (closer to the edge) and stays there for the right half the screen. If i go from right to left it moves down that same amount. Doesn't happen on the left, right or bottom edge .... just on the right half of the top edge. Could it be a defective area in the screen digitizer?
Lastly, is anyone elses case not assembled properly? the right side of the keyboard shell/casing hangs off the edge of the computer and is not only sharp, but prone to breaking due to outward pressure by the little nub on the side. Is everyones like that or just me?
Sitting on a service center shipment box right now but lenovo keeps bouncing me back and forth on their support line and the darn website only allows for 150 characters to describe your problem ....
and to make things worse my 80gb 310 msata just came and I have to hold off putting it in because of this nonses.
(end rant)
any advice is greatly appreciated
