its official- im a thinkpad jinx

The keycap of the letter "k" key popped 3/4 of the way off (all sides except the top) for the first time a few weeks ago. At the time, I pressed down on the bottom of the key and it seemed to click back into place.

However, if i press the key at a certain angle the keycap pops off again (the bottom) and if in place I can lift off the bottom of the key without much effort- which I cant do with the other keys- and when typing the K key has a slightly different feel (less solid).

Has anyone else had key problems? Is there a simple fix or will I have to send it in?

    thanks

Yep, I would recommend calling Lenovo support. They can send you a replacement keyboard.
