    x100e Extended Battery

    Does the Thinkpad x100e have it's own specific battery or does it use the same batteries as the ideapad netbooks? Are there any extended battery options yet on ebay or elsewhere larger than the included 6 cell?

    No, the X100e does not share batteries with the Ideapad netbooks. I believe 6-cell is as extended as it gets (it already sticks out the rear).

    im kinda still wondering if we would ever get like a 9 cell for this

    but if the battery is only for this model,then probably not

    teeth how do you like your x100e. i was thinking of getting one the keyboard on it looks really nice. do you think it would get real hot just typing fun code (less then 5000 lines).
