My computer is running a bit slow with a lot of Google Chrome tabs open and SPSS. I got 6 gigs right now, Windows Task Manager says it's using 3 gigs. I added up all the memory that the current running processes are using and it adds up to about 1 gig. Not sure what's happening.

The computer is running a bit laggy but I'm not sure if the bottleneck is with RAM, CPU (E-350), or some settings I haven't optimized.

Also another thing: Youtube videos cannot play at 720p.

Dunno about the Youtube vids, as I'd think the E350 should be able to play them fine, but you are definitely not being RAM limited here, and I highly, highly doubt 8GB will do anything.

That means that 1 GB is being used for your programs, Windows is using about another 2 GB for caching purposes (which can be freed for your programs at any time), and 3 GB of RAM is sitting entirely unused. So no, you probably don't need to upgrade the RAM--you won't notice any difference.

Are you using an SSD? That does make things snappier in the X120e.

Also, when playing videos, you're going to have to make sure that GPU hardware acceleration is working. If it's not, the E-350 is going to struggle to play HD content. What browser are you using to play YouTube videos? Do you have the latest graphics drivers for the X120e installed (see AMD's website).
