One of the front feet fell off, and now it's all tilty. I can't find replacements online. I know you can order parts in general from lenovo's site, but I can't find how to order feet, and I'm not sure if I even can. Will I have to buy some generic rubber pads and cut them? I would prefer to just get ones for the x120e so I don't have to fiddle with it to get it level.

I assume you don't have the missing pad, eh?

Check the HMM and see if they have a part number/FRU. If so, I'd call EasyServ and ask to order that part specifically.

there is a miscellaneous pack that include screws and rubber feet, you can't buy the rubber feet individually.
