I just clean installed windows 7 64bit on my x200 (2.4 GHz- 4Gb)to use my 4Gb ram, after installing all the drivers, new scores are(along with the old ones):

    Calculations per second 4.6(64bit) 5.9(32bit)

Memory operations per second 5.4(64bit) 5.9(32bit)

other scores are the same, 4.1, 3.4, 5.4 respectively,

Could you explain the reason please ?
