The X200 has a 12.1" screen, not 12.5". You are correct all X200 from the factory have matte screens. The one you linked is most likely a third party screen. To swap the TN panel with an LED screen, you'll need to use the cable for the X200 LED LCDs and swap in the LED sub card that's used in place of the inverter for TN panels.

If you're looking for a screen, I might suggest the Hydis HV121WX4. They are AFFS tablet screens, but fit in the X200 and offer much better image quality. There's three versions of the screen - the 100 and 110, which are glossy, and the 120. The 120 is a matte screen. They're widely available on eBay, but since they're tablet screens, you'll need to remove the touch surface on the screen for it to fit. I don't know what you skill level is, but it's not an entry level job. They're are some HV121WX4 with the screen already removed like this, but that's more expensive. Keep in mind swapping the screen will likely void your warranty.
