    The analog out on the x200 doesn't have a particularly low noise floor but you are likely experiencing interference from the HDD/CPU or other components.

    If you are using sensitive headphones or IEMs you will pick it up more.

    @jaredy: not sure that the interference is from hdd/cpu or other parts, how to get rid of the interference?

    @lead_org: no, not using dock

    hi lead_org, you are absolute right. Thanks bro!

    I got static when using two pin adapter for outdoor usage (90w). But at home I use 3 pin (65w) and it just dissapear.

    Is there a way to convert two pins adapter to have ground? Sorry for stupid question.

    Thanks again.

    Just call Lenovo and inform them of this issue (provided you are under warranty), they may send you the 3 pin adapter as a replacement.

    Or just purchase a 3 pin one from ebay or something. You would have to strip the adapter apart to rewire it, which is not something one should do, unless you have necessary electrical engineering know how.

    out of curiosity why do you lug around a 90 watt adapter for outdoor use, when you could just lug around a 65 watt one?

    @lead_org: good advice, will contact lenovo on this, would fall in love with them if they can help me on this. I'm a retard in electrical thing, would definitely spoil it like any previously.

    I carry the 90w around to help me charge up faster and sits 65w at home to help save on electrical bill :)

    The 90w adapter doesn't necessarily use more power...
