    Hi
Just recently when my docked x200s goes to sleep, it won't resume and I have to do a hard reset.
Any ideas as to why the problem suddenly appeared?

Make sure you update your BIOS to the latest revision for the X200s... at least for the Tx00 series, I know there was a release that fixed numerous docking issues.
