    Hey guys,

I know the x201 isn't meant for gaming but...

I'm trying to play Call of duty: Modern Warfare 3 on external 1080p monitor. The screen gets glitchy and restarts periodically when I use the game's automatic settings.

I'm new to gaming, can you suggest which settings I should change in a step by step way to get acceptable graphics quality without burning out the graphics processor?

Some of the settings I can play with include decreasing resolution, image quality, texture quality, antialiasing etc. Which ones should I change first?

    Thanks a bunch!

decrease image quality, texture quality and anti aliasing would be the first solutions i can think of.

The X201 laptop isn't really made for games especially running these games at FHD resolution.
