Since x201s is temporary removed from lenovos webpage I am wondering if someone remembered if it was possible to configurate the x201s with:

12.1" WXGA LED Panel, 3x3 UltraConnect II antenna AND Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 (3x3 AGN)

The WXGA+ display for the x201s definitely supports 3x3. I'm less sure of the WXGA display as those were often offered with a webcam (reduces to 2x2). The tablet supports 3x3 with or without the camera.

It refers to the WLAN antenna array. In particular the number of antennas and thus support for simultaneous spatial streams for transmitXreceive. More is better, but 2x2 is more than enough for the vast majority of users in the vast majority of circumstances.
