    hi, I would like to ask if the x220 that was purchased through the US online shop provides international warranty, as I would be out of the country for quite some time and it costs significantly more to purchase it elsewhere. Thanks.

    Based on the 4286 machine type that comes up, it should have IWS, but you want to call sales and confirm this.

    in some countries, especially Asia, this is generally ok due to there being ThinkPad repair centers in many of the medium to large cities. You would be able to talk face to face to the technician.
