    Will i ordered my x220 june 16th and the esitmated date of arrival is july 4th, my question is does it come with the battery slice? Or is that a addon. Please tell me it comes with it :D I am preety sure it does because i thought that was the main selling point for it, if not is it possiable for me to canacl my order? If so how and will i get full refund? Sorry first time ordering online.... I need as much battery life as possible since my college classrooms are very limited on outlets :(

    slice battery is an addon at around 180 dollars. it adds a lot of battery, but it isnt cheap.

    Even with only the 6 cell you should be fine for a whole day. I get about 6-7 hours without any power-saving features turned on...

    It does not come with the slice. The 6 cell would get you 8 hours. If that's not enough just add $30 and upgrade to the 9 cell. That would give you 14 hours of browsing or 8 hours of video.

    Just call the lenovo customer service and say that you want to change the specs of your laptop or cancel the order. Refund will be immediate or take up to 3 days if you paid by debit/credit cards, NOT the 3 weeks that the sales will tell you. Be prepared for long wait times on the phone and communication dififculties with heavily accented Indians but they will be very glad to cancel your order.

    I would suggest looking up on ebay for dealers if you want your laptop soon. The delivery times for lenovo.com is more than 1 month at the moment, from my personal experience...

    That's really on the high end of the battery. Expect around 6 hours on a 6 cell, and about 10 for the 9.
