    x220t : ultranav freezing when resuming from sleep

    hey

    as title says, sometimes my trackpoint and touchpad are both frozen after waking up my x220t from sleep...

    any ideas maybe ? its quite annoying.

    same thing happens to my w520

    only a restart fixes it

    Wow, good thing I use the stock Synaptics driver. You could always try that. Combine that with the Two Finger Scroll mod by MacHater (be sure to disable multi touch gestures in Synaptcs driver settings and put the mod scroll mode setting to smart and start with windows) and you will have a decently functioning touchpad.

    yeah, a restart fixes it... which makes it even more annoying when it happens.

    ill try updating my synaptics driver, the configuration windows seem very odd, as if there were features missing.
    my mom's x60 has more buttons in there than i do, so i guess there's something wrong with my driver

    thanks for mentionning the scroll mod, i will definitely give it a try

    i mainly use the touchpad for scrolling, and i use the stick for pointing all the time

    If you install the Synaptics driver from, say, synaptics.com, be sure to first uninstall the Ultranav Driver by lenovo. Otherwise it will say there is already a synaptics driver installed.
