    any way to flash bios through a USB stick like you can with an alienware...anything? laptop is out of warranty

    can't believe this

    EDIT: lenovo basically said "umm well that sucks but we can't help you"

    so i tried several methods of trying to flash a new bios from USB, none worked, so new motherboard it is

    no, i snatched up a new motherboard for $80 on ebay

    i still dont understand how it could have failed a routine bios update when the BIOS is supposed to be "secure flash"
