    x61 + winxp sp2 = blue screen

    When i want to change password
    click "Ctrl + Alt + Delete" select "change password"

    show error as below

    application at location 0x75986bd0.

    |OK || Cancel |

    The computer then reboot show blue screen itself upon clicking OK/Cancel.

    then reboot the computer.
