    Hi,

Currently I’m using linksys wireless-G adsl home gateway model no. wag200g.

When I turn it on, my lenovo x61 (7676A24, intel core 2 duo t9300, 2.5 GHz, 800 MHz, 4 MB L2 cache, Intel PRO/1000 Gigabit LAN, Intel Wireless WiFi Link 4965 AGN, Bluetooth) takes time very long than my brother’s Toshiba satellite m200 and any other laptops I guess, to detect it signal.

Is there any configuration to adjust?

    Thank you very much

What software are you using to manage the wireless connection? Access Connections? Vista? Intel Pro Wireless? Something else?

Is your home gateway at the top of the list of wireless networks to scan for?

Is all you software (Vista, Lenovo) up to date?

P.S. Are you really overclocking that T9300 from 2.0GHz to 2.5GHz?
