    next week i will be a new loaded y580 owner.

    I noticed in picture above, that the cpu is close to the battery. I know that heat kills batteries fast.

    If you take out the battery while the laptop has been running on electricity for a while, does the battery feel warm?

    Also, does the y580 have the 60-80% battery charge feature ?
