I sent my z61t in to Lenovo to be repaired (a screen issue) and now I got it back and the WiFi doesn't seem to work at all. I don't even see the WiFi device in the device manager as an unrecognized device or anything else. Is this a driver issue or a hardware issue? Should I send it back again?

Have you tried reinstalling the driver?

You could pop off the keyboard to ensure it's still there. Try running PC-Doctor.

When I run PC Doctor and goto Communications under System and Device tests all I see is Network Card... There is nothing about a WiFi card like there is on my other ThinkPad... ! Any ideas?

    Maybe try re-seating the card.
