    I don't think that this information is correct.

    I just returned an LG LM70 on Friday, because it had one single stuck (dead) pixel (red)!!!

    I didn't have to fight with them or anything... LG returned it without one word. :cool:

    They may have taken it, but I don't think you'll find that published anywhere. What you experienced was just good service I think.

    Actually I was told by the retailer that LG has a zero dead pixel policy that's why I was so confident with my purchase.

    However, this policy might be different in different countries... ;)
