    I'm looking for the laptop shown here:
    http://www.laptopgram.com/2008/12/31/sunlight-illuminated-lcd-from-lg

    which has a screen which can switch between outside mode and inside mode.. and outside can be seen easily in sunlight.

    Does anyone know which model this laptop is and where I could buy it?

    also does anyone know any other slim laptops (not necessarily LG) which have a screen which is visible outside in the sunlight?

    thats a transreflective screen

    i believe some toshiba ultra portables have this screen as well
