Hello I want to buy a LG-E500 with 1gb RAM preinstalled. I know that if I add more ram on my own I will loose the guarantee. Is there any "guarantee tab" that will be cut when I open the memory bay?

I dont think you lose any guarantee if you upgrade on your own. LG even provide instructions how to upgrade your ram on E500.
