Regarding my post on "CPU USAGE" i may found the source of my problem.

I believe LG "IP OPERATOR 2005" was the reason behind my CPU running at 100% constantly

When i had Ip operator 2005 running, it seemed to be crashing and freezing my Outlook 2003, i have since uninstalled IP operator. My CPU now runs normally in the CPU USAGE Graph in Task Manager. And the excessive heat is no longer, cooling fan is not overworked. and outlook 2003 is ruuning without crashing.

has anybody had any experience in this regard?
