    Hi,
Intelligent update shows available updates for Battery Miser (5.0007.0111) , Direct Media (2.1006.1214.01) & On Screen Display (2.0307.0109.01). I have an S1 express.

When I select these updates and press install, it requests the intelligent update cd (which I insert but the program refuses to read it). I have 'using network' selected as on.

I have spoken with LG, who were not much help, said latest drivers were on their website, however, they are all the very old versions.

Has anyone else had this problem or know where I can find the above latest drivers?

Have had issues with remote control and now this - seem like simple problems but they are driving me crazy!

    Any help appreciated.

Yes I have the same problem but I can't see these updates in automatic installation, I can only see them if I search in manual installation. But i can't install them too :( .
I already posted a thread about these about 1 month or so, but nobody knows anything.

I have the same problem .. If i install the files on the CD there's no problem, and they will show that an update are available in Intelligent update, If i try install the updates it wont work, so I just use the CD versions now. =// Annoying really!

Glad to hear i'm not the only one! LG have not been much help to date - they didn't even say an update CD exists - only the DVD.

Is there any way at all to install these updates? I can't even seem to find them via google. Alternatively, can you send/email drivers?

The reason I am desperate to upgrade is for the latest Direct Media drivers. I have been unable to correctly operate all buttons on my remote since day one (a few buttons work - ie. power and language) - once again - lg have no idea why this is happening. Even after replacing the remote - same problem.

    Thanks.
