LG Gram 2021/older - Has anyone done clean install? Update Center & Control center not working

Has anyone done a clean install or clone of their drives on LG gram 2021 / older?

I cloned my factory SSD using Macrium to a new drive.
I noticed LG Update center + Control center now crash after splash screen logo & don't open.

Has anybody cloned windows on these laptops? Did LG Update/Control center work after?

I tried a fresh install just now & update center works. So not sure why clone has this issue.

I saw error logs in windows event viewer for the applications & forwarded this to LG support but they are not likely to be any help at all.
