    Hey fellas,

I want to upgrade my LG LW60 Express with 2gb Ram - it came with the standard 512mb which is starting to lag under the music software I use. Anyhow I read on various websites it is compable of handle a max of 2 X 1G DDR2 Ram as the laptop has 2 slots (512mb has to be removed)

Now when I remove the cover to get the ram the is no ram chip in the slot plus there is only 1 slot (which is empty, Windows tells me there's 512mb ram but I can't find the other slot or the 512mb stick for that matter) Where are the 2 slots I can put 1gb sticks into and wheere is the original 512 stick?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advanced.

The 2nd slot is under the keyboard, I'm willing to bet on it.

can you post a pic of the keyboard area, I think you need to pull a piece of plastic off.
