    Hi all,

Here are links to drivers for various components on my LG P1 Pro. It took me a couple of nights to find them. I uploaded them to a friends site to make d/l easier.

Texas Instruments PCIxx12 Integrated FlashMedia Controller v2.0.0.6 (01-Sep-06)
The one supplied by LG does not support 4GB cards, and suffers from drop outs upon resume from standby. v2.0.0.6 fixes these issues.

first of all, thanks for this post...
I haven't tested all the drivers, but I have a few questions:

On XP LG had an additional software to manage all the passwords stored (password vault).
Is there anything available now besides this driver?

I coun't find the Intel software to manage the wireless connections.
Is there anything to replace the IP Operator?

Just wanted to know, what is it good for?

there is a more recent version on the Realtek website

same here (which includes all the supported chipsets)...

    but again, many thanks...
(LG does fail in this area)

I posted these links before updated audio/video drivers were made public. Some like the finger print driver are just so that the device is recognized by the system. It still needs an updated version of the application from LG.

I always let windows manage my wireless connections and have not noticed issues arising as a result.

What started me off on a driver update hunt was actually the built in TI card reader. The driver on the LG cd kept failing to work after resuming from standby. After looking around I found the newer drievr which addressed this issue.

Then I figured it may be helpful to others if some of the lesser known drivers were all put in the one place.

Thanks for pointing out the outdated drivers, I'll remove their links.

Hopefully LG will soon release their promised Intelligent Update program in English.

The built-in Vista drivers seem to drive my Logitech V270, and Sony W810i phone without problems.

Sorry, never tried that myself. I know that there is a newer version of the Bluesoleil software out there, but I'm waiting to see what LG provides us.

Btw, I just added an updated modem driver I found earlier to the list. (for those that still use modems) :)

Also added a newer TI card reader driver.

LG have finally started to post drivers for their notebooks on their service site. So far they have only posted touchpad & modem drivers. However they are ones already listed on the first page of this post. What we all need is the Vista Intelligent update.
