There's a couple of problems with my LG P300 laptop (which I've had for 8 months). Theres the loose battery, and the cracked lcd frame, and I recently found out they gave me the wrong laptop cover that corresponds with my model no. (maybe this is futuresops problem?).

I recently sent a repair request at lg's repair portal and it was approved.

My question is that if I send it to get repaired, what are the chances that they will actually repair it under the warranty?
And my how long will it take for them to repair it (if they do) and send it back to me??

Anyone with experience in lg warranty services PLEASE respond, it'll help ALOT!!

Sending in a LG phone for repair (KU990) took about 2 months, not really that great, but they ended up replacing it, so i was wondering why it took so long. It is a laptop so id expect a little, but more time?

    Hope this helps
