LG T1 Battery not charging?!

I realized that my T1's battery is not charging for some reason...It's always stuck on 96% and when I put the AC in it still says discharging. How come? What do I need to do in battery miser (or other places) in order to get the battery to charge to 100%? Thanks

Joana, it's normal & for protecting you batt.
You don't want to see you T1 keep charging it to 100%
after the batt. drop power a bit from time to time.
Li-Ion will also drop small amount of power even you
don't use it from time to time.

So, Don't worry & leave it like that. It's will not start to
charge unless below XX%! Sorry, I forgot
what %....!

P.S.: Where do you buy your T1?

From what i have seen it is below 95% then the laptop would start charging.

But I really want to know how I can adjust the settings on when the laptop will charge at? I m looking for around 60%.

I don't think LG Miser system can allow you to change the
% of start charging. Only New IBM ThinkPad can Do.
