    Hi,
The top of the hdd gets too warm on my LM50a. I think it's normal. It is not in a level to cause an injury but prevents me from working confortably. Do you have any suggestion about that. I usualy try to place something between my left hand and the laptop.
    Thanks in advance.

If the notebook is heating up, check to make sure you aren't blocking the vent on the left side of the notebook.. I've noticed that when that vent is blocked, the laptop heats up and the fans kick in a bit

Other than that, I'm not sure...

It is not blocked. I think it is normal. I have copied many documents (about 10 GB) I think that has caused that heat. Thanks for suggestion anyway.
