Hi, can anyone help me please

my LW40-J4JE1 notebooks cooling fan isnt working, yesterday i was browsing the net and suddenly it crashes. At first i tought that the battery is dead but it was plugged on properly so i turned it on and tried a little scanning but there were no problem found. It crashed about 4 times yesterday and i flipped it up and noticed that the cooling fan isnt working =( so its probably overheating.

can anyone please help me with this problem?
if the fan is damaged, is it possible to remove it and replace it with a new one?
what are the possible reasons that led me to this problem?

    and also

its Vcard is only 128mb shared, is it possible to upgrade it?

anyhelp would be really really appreciated, thanks!!!

    regards,

    Dale ^_^
