    Purchase a S1 in the USA

    I really would like a S1 with a Core 2 Duo processor, but I do not think that LG sells in the states. What advise would you give to purchase an S1 in the USA? LG has an intl. warranty, but what about actually obtaining service in the USA? Do I read it correctly that the S1 has a 3 yr. intl. warranty?

    I would buy it in a moment if LG made a S1 with a 17" display in piano black with that glorious shiny white acrylic base, a 7200 rpm drive & a DVI port!

    LG sells normally in Europe, don't need to go through a Canadian company. ;)

    But in Europe S1 Pro is sold only in a germany store, $400 more expensive that in Canadà ;)
    In Spain, S1 Core Duo has sold six months later than in Canadá, Germany or Portugal.

    The link you sent seems to go to a S1 with a Core Duo chip and not the Core 2 Duo. Is there really a Core 2 Duo S1 out yet?
