Has anyone ever noticed with the R500 or any other LG laptop that if you use the laptop to do something which causes the battery to heat up (eg: playing a video game) while on battery and let it drain, but then plug it in to recharge, that it doesn't recharge until about 15-30 min later?

I think its because the battery gets too hot to start charging, since the battery has a temperature sensor inside, but I just want to see if anyone else has come across this before?

Just an update, The LG laptop detects when the battery gets hot and when it passes a certain temperature, it will refuse to charge until it becomes cooler. Once the temperature is at a reasonable level, then it will begin to charge.
