I've seen the new LW60 with the glare screen. Looks amazing. Am choosing btwn that and g4 Powerbook. I can't find any info on reliability stats or service in Canada for LGs, I guess because they are so new here. Are these machines just another pretty face? Do they have staying power? Anybody had experience with service support in Canada?

I've called them up a few times, but so far it seems they don't hire enough people, or their staff is TOO laid back.

Of the 6 times I've called in for some questions, only once I did not get an answering machine, but I did get a person to answer me but I was transferred to another department(Notebook department) which was busy.

But on that one answered call, the person was very helpful.

If you didn't know, LG has a $100 Mail in Rebate with the pruchase of the LG LW60
