I've had a T1 for near on 2 years now. Have a regular and an extended battery for it which have been in constant use for that period.

I'm starting to get issues where the batteries won't hold a charge for as long as they used to.

Any ideas on what the projected lifespan is for these puppies?

    Thanks!

With heavy use, 2 years is about all you can hope to get. Fortunately the 6 cell batteries aren't that hard to find.
