    You know, you could just list the parts of the specs that differ, that'd make it a lot easier for the rest of us.... ;)

    Other than that, how should we know? You should get the best you can get without spending too much money, obviously.
    Now, as far as I can see, the last one is cheaper *and* faster? Then it's a question of whether you need the extended warranty, no?
    And I think you're best qualified to answer that one.

    I say get the second one. The first one is faster, but the second one is 64 bit capable as well as more L2 Cache and cheaper as well.
