    Hello,

    I have a new LG gram - I set it up but every time I log in it has a pop up saying Your PC comes with Alex Built-in. I went to apps and uninstalled alexa - it still comes up - I can't seem to find it in services, startup or in the windows current version run locals - any guesses?

    I think I found it - deleted the folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Software\LG Device Manager\alexa annoyance

    I don't think I've ever seen this. Or if I did, it popped up when I first turned the system on and there was a box that said "do not show this again". I too would find this incredibly annoying. I don't want Amazon snooping on me more than they already do.

    I found it - settings - apps - I had been looking for it under installed programs - I've yet to find an app anything.
