I bought a LG, model LGR40 which is under warranty. But the "down" key is lossen. I never use this key but LG said this was not cover warranty. So poor quality.

Most keyboards have keys that snap in to two plastic connectors which move together in a scissor motion similar to this: http://www.insidemylaptop.com/images/laptop-keyboard.jpg. If you have this kind of keyboard, you may be able to snap the key back in place by applying pressure directly to it; be careful not to break the plastic, though.

Thank you for your help! I know the problem but the very too small pins were lost. I think this is LG installed in carless but they do not cover the warranty. LG product is too bad!!!

If the damage is not the result of typical usage (ie, wear and tear), then the costumer is entitled to a repair under warranty. I suggest you call up their tech support and insist firmly and calmly on a repair; if they refuse, ask to speak to a manager and explain your case. Getting anything out of tech support often requires a bit of pushing.

Thank you for your suggestion! I have complained to LG Hong Kong. But they refused. I told them the key is the "down arrow" . I never use it. But they still refused. I will consider to sue them. But this will cost me too much.
Just tell everyone, don't buy poor quality and poor service product.
This is my fifth note book PC but I never have any problem in the other 4 PC.
Thanks a lot!
