I have a Lg notebook in which all 3 usb ports have come loose and will not work, does anyone have any experience with LG as to their warranty policies.
This laptop is less than 1 1/2 yrs old and has extended warranty.
It has been in eastern europe and just came back to canada. LG refused to honor their worldwide warranty when the problem first appeared and told us that it would have to be sent in by the dealer we purchased it from, now I wonder if they will simply write it off as user abuse.
Any one have any experience with LG warranties
    Thanks

If you are still under warranty, send in the notebook and have then repair it. Its their duty to do so. You should not have to pay for shipping costs either.
