It seems evident to me that many Linux users are missing a decent video editor to work with; indeed, video editing is not a strong suit for any distribution. This link at least details the 10 best (in the opinion of the writer, of course) video editors available for Linux users.
Also, for those who find themselves wanting to use Linux to power multimedia applications, consider using Ubuntu Studio.

Heh... number 10 is ffmpeg. I think he listed "The 10 Video Editors for Linux", not "The Top 10 Video Editors for Linux". ffmpeg is great, but it's a command-line tool.
