I decided i had to try gutsy so i installed the rc copy. So far ive been happy with it but I cannot get my nvidia quadro 140 to work in my thinkpad t61. When i try to enable the restricted drivers it says that nvidia-glx-new is not enabled I went to the add apps manager but no matter what app i try to add, it says "the list of applications is not availble" any help is greatl appreciated

I had the exact same video problem with a slightly older Nvidia Card. I would say wait for the final release, and if it still doesn't work, to go ahead and file a bug report.
I'm not quite sure on the other problem. -
well somohow i got them both to work. in the add applications under preferences i just selected all the boxes that have to do with connecting to the server for programs and applications. then i was able to enable the use of the restricted drivers. at least this is what i think fixed it. if this doesnt work and can tell you what else i did/ give more detail and help you out. now i just need to figure out how to disable my laptop screen and run 2 19 inch lcds. i am loving gutsy though!
