Assassin's Creed Brotherhood won't launch in Wine and Play on Linux

I am new to Ubuntu, Wine, and PlayonLinux. I have a Lenovo y500 750m sli (which I'd love to enable if anyone knows how). I have been trying to install AC Brotherhood all day to no evail. I have installed it many times, but can't get it to launch. At one point, Uplay was stuck at "getting proxy," so I reinstalled. Now, I have gone into wine settings and set "crypt32.dll and cryptdll.dll" for Uplay and Ubisoft game launcher, and the game crashes on startup.
