    Hey,

Does avidemux encode videos at a slower rate for you guys on 64 bit ?

Since for me it does, video that should normally take (and does take on windows / linux 32 bit) ~ 5 min @ > 130 fps, takes ~ 10 min @ < 100 fps on sabayon 64 bit.

Any ideas, perhaps a setting in the kernel configuration (which by the way, do the latest kernels support all dual core features automatically or we have to set something like SMT in the configuration ? )

    Thanks in advance

    BB
