In a day, I've gone from never having used Linux before to been mad about installing it and things (as well as doing revision for GCSE modules of course!!!)

I was wondering if there were any versions of Linux that I could still boot off a floppy. I'd be really grateful if you could answer and I've got one more piece of rep I can give out today!

You can start many Linux versions of CDs and DVDs. Just search for Linux Live cd in google. I know there is only version of Linux that boots of floppy. It was to turn an old computer into a Linux couter but I forgot the name... If you want to experiance Linux get the CD. The floppy wont have a GUI or anything but the most basic stuff.

In case you cant boot of CD and thats why you need a floppy read this:
    http://www.linuxmigration.com/quickref/install/media.html#createfloppy

It is not Linux but just a boot floppy to start linux

I like Knoppix as a Linux Live cd. But there are many others
