Ok say i have Ubuntu 9.04 installed in my laptop at work.

Also say i have a friend that want to try out Ubuntu, but i dont have a Live CD with me (and he cant have my computer)

Also lets assume that my internet connection doesnt allow Downloads when its fast and when its slow i get an average of 271bps speed so it would take 689 hours to download.

Is there anyway to "create" a live CD from an installation already up and running on a system?

    Thanks
